I'm reading a story by lamardeuse and I read this:

except I totally read it as 'lap'. It's left me with an urge to read kidfic, now, so I think I'll scuttle off to find skoosiepants' clubhouse story again.


re: the school thing. I've been spoken to by my mentor and my university tutor and they've decided that my uni tutor is going to come observe me again; woot, stress. I understand why - my lessons are kinda falling apart with the yr 8s and yr 9s because those classes make me nervous and I don't quite know how to fix it. So I get that feedback on this will help, I really do, it's just... Observations stress me out. Blah. At least the year 7s are going pretty awesomely. :)

Thanks to everyone who said nice things in response to my last post, by the way. I really needed that; you guys are amazing.
