So I've been experimenting with podfic, because I bought a microphone along with my laptop and thought it'd be a bit of fun. I've uploaded my first completed attempt and I'd really love some constructive feedback if anyone would be willing to take the time to listen to it; I've not actually figured out how to edit yet, embarrassingly, so this was done in one take, and no doubt there're various settings I need to fiddle with.

what software are you using to record? (i could help w soundstudio or garageband, and many people use audacity...)

I downloaded Audacity, and I've been playing around with it but I'm quite hysterically bad with computers and such things. I'll work on it but any advice or whatever would be hugely appreciated.

Mostly at the moment I wanna know if my voice and/or reading style/speed is completely offensive. XD

My only constructive criticism is that it's awfully quiet. I have my computer up to the loudest volume settings, and at times you're hard to hear.
