There is a possibility that today there will be repercussions for Work Undone In The Name Of Clueless. Therefore, something that will give me mail to come home to:

Who would write your the musical of your life?

If I get 50 Stephen Sondheims I'm gonna keel you. Feel free to nominate bands, here. :D

I'll think about it and come up with a totally overthought post on who would do mine and why this arvo.

I'd hope for Jason Robert Brown, but probably end up with Lloyd Webber.

Shara Worden of My Brightest Diamond, or maybe Feist. I like Feist.

*sways*

Bill Leeb and Rhys Fulber, definitely. And they can get Kristy Thirsk to do vocals 'cuz she'll do way better than I would.

John Barrowman's debut attempt at writing anything. It would be the WORST MUSICAL EVER MADE.

On the other, the dialogue would almost certainly be written by Gneil, so people would eventually just cut the music and stage it as a play.

Rodgers and Hammerstein. *glum*

It would be full of sickeningly cheerful songs and then some kind of Moral. Also everyone would tell everyone else that they should be friends a lot.

Well, I would try to get Samuel Beam to write the lyrics, but I would also insist that Stephen Schwartz and Alan Menkin be involved somehow, so it would probably degenerate into a huge mess of artistic differences.

I'd wish for David Bowie but I'm probably more Andrew Lloyd Webber in his Starlight Express phase.
