No pairing- the challenge is "Remus disappears twice a month. Once he's a werewolf. Where does he go the other time?" =)

Hmmmmmm......
That could be an easy Remus/Sirius with Moony going to visit Padfoot on the tropical island that Dumbeldoor has him stashed on. Excuses for the visit could be Remus bringing Sirius supplies and news, or that they are mates and need to consummate the relationship at regular intervals.

You could make it a Remus/Harry and have him visit the Dursley's or spend Harry's near-monthly trips to the hospital wing with him. It's a wonder that that boy is still in one piece.

You could make it a Snupin and have the extra disappearance be "payment" for the wolfsbane potion.
