Go and have a chat to your pharmacist about it. They'll be able to explain how to sort it out so you get your prescriptions regularly. Some of them will even pick up the scrips from your doctor and everything. It's in their interest too, because of course they then get your business every time you get your scrip.

My sister has this problem where she forgets to take her thyroid pills and then she has no energy and doesn't feel like doing anything, including taking her thyroid pills. This is not a useful habit. I am totally for taking all medications necessary for mental health, whenever they are necessary. Go thou and renew!
