So apparently the barbecues that two of my flatmates have been throwing, pissing me the HELL off and forcing me to sleep with cotton wool in my ears a lot? Someone's complained about them to the council and we've received a warning letter.

Really looking forward to finding somewhere else to live.

You know, considering all the crap you've had to put up with this year, you're doing an amazingly job at Surviving. I get the feeling that in a few years from now, you'll look back at all this and go, "wow, I did this? Goodness, I AM strong."

I didn't even think of it as something I'm surviving, this time. It rates so unbelievably low on the scale of 'my crappy life' right now compared to everything else. XD

Oh, but a bad living situation contributes to other parts of your life. If you've not got a comfy, safe place to come home to, it definitely affects your attitude, which affects other things. In your case, I'm sure it's really not helping you at all that you have to tie socks to your head and sleep with cotton in your ears, when you've already got so much else to worry about.
