Okay, this is ridiculous, I'm giving up drinking. I'm physically incapable of keeping myself hydrated at the best of times; last night I had a few beers (seriously, a few) and I've had the worst headache all day. I don't understand why I cannot remember to drink enough. I don't really get thirsty much, and it totally doesn't help that the tap water here is kind of offensive, but maybe I should set myself a timer on my phone to remind me to drink periodically.
Is that, like, truly weird and pathetic?
The other thing I am apparently incapable of doing right now? Sleep. I keep having really unsettling dreams that leave me flailing and unwilling to go back to sleep, and having to take naps during the day, resulting in even weirder dreams.
It would be so much easier if I were a brain in a jar.

You can't hug a brain in a jar. Well, you can, but it tends to squidge.
