I was watching my awesome screensaver - a slideshow of pictures from Stargate: Atlantis, 'cos I is awesome - and I was just sitting there feeling absolute glee at my show.

And then I got a huge and inexplicable urge to draw Ronon Dex.



Totally drew it from a reference picture, obviously. Sorry it's so faint, I only had a camera phone to show it to you on. I know it's not wide enough, and... kinda doesn't look like him... but what d'you reckon? :D




Usually I'd be all 'this, kids, is why I'm a writer', but frankly as amateur as this is it's better than anything I'm writing right now. D:

It's so annoying, though! I don't practice, I just can sometimes draw. And then I can't again. I should totally practice more but it's like writing - I don't like it not being perfect right away. I don't like using rubbers. XD
