Aug. 18th, 2008 07:30 pmHere lies Nny, ded of sick.
Eventually I shall attempt to resurrect enough for peppermint tea, but that's a whole downstairs away. Mostly I'm waiting for people to start posting on
mcsmooch, because that's exactly the sort of ridiculous squishies I am needing.
I keep thinking about Happy Feet, weirdly, and how they couldn't seem to decide quite what the moral message was there, ending up with an unfocused and ultimately pretty unsatisfactory stab at the OMG MAYBE MICHAEL JACKSON WILL BLOW AWAY! :D!!! genre of earth huggy things. Of the films that Smaller and I watched together, I'd far rather focus on Shelter, which has adorably pining surfy boys, or Princess Mononoke with the FREAKY LITTLE BUTT PEOPLE! Hunh, PM was totally all about saving the environment, too. Should've remembered to take Wall-E with me to show her, complete the thematically appropriate filmage. Did anyone else watch Fern Gully? Almost certain we got a school trip to the cinema for that one.
Lack of food totally leaves me with an inexplicable urge to bite people. Either low blood sugar makes me grumpy or I'm hungrier than I thought. Maybe I should concentrate on producing pheromones and enticing people to my bed, or something. Either that or I'll make a trail of jelly babies.

Date: 2008-08-19 03:40 pm (UTC)Fern Gully was totally a favourite childhood film (no surprises there!). I so need to see it again.
Still sick, hmm, I hope it eases soon. Wish I was there to make you dull dry toast (possibly with a little jam) and peppermint tea!
*hugs*
