I have an awesome cleansing diet that I'll try to get together for you; it's essentially a two week cleanse on a strict vegan diet and then you slowly add things back. But for the first two weeks you give up alcohol, sugar, dairy, caffeine, fruits and, um, meat. I know. But after awhile, you don't care because you feel so awesome! After the two week phase you slowly - slowly - add foods back.

I felt fantastic, and regrettably went off it when we went home for Christmas that year. I want to get back on it.
