In other news, The Sentinel is delightfully ridiculous, and Blair is... weirdly pretty. I always looked at pictures and wondered why people seemed to find him attractive, but... okay, yeah, maybe. I'm only on the third episode and already they're quite clearly married. I like this show.

Finally: I have the best flatmate ever. She's making apple crumble.

Yeah, I like Blair better in the show than in still pictures, but even so he's never really done it for me. Which is why fanfic that talks about how breathtakingly gorgeous he is -- in a way where it's the narration talking, not a character's subjective POV, although even with the latter I have to kind of suspend my disbelief -- always kind of throws me for a loop. ("Really? No -- really?")

Thank you for distressing me enormously with Jim's clothing; and the touching thing is ridiculously pleasing. Also the fact that the show has all the elements of really self-indulgent fanfic, with the kidnapping and rescuing of Blair. :D!!!
