I actually had to discover slash before I started slashing, it wasn't a spontaneous thing with me - in some ways my parents are very traditional, and I genuinely had no idea. And then I grew up kinda massively lesbanian, so heeeeeeee. :D

(My first 'ship was Mulder/Krycek; I discovered slashing when I was 13 and innocently typed it into a search engine thinking I'd get info about Mulder or Krycek. Aheh. Was in a convent school computer room, too...)

I have never seen this show! For some reason, in my head it was a combination of Get Smart and My Favorite Martian and it was about a Martian who came to earth and became a spy for a supersecret organization.

Which is a show that SHOULD exist, but this one looks pretty kickass too!

The Martian is going to be totally gay, and badass, and he will have a kickass female partner and they will form a strong platonic bond while posing as a married couple. Only that will of course lead to immense complications in their personal lives as they both develop attractions to different men. I think the Martian is going to fall for their Secret Organization Liaison, and the Earth woman is going to fall for their neighbor who is a professor and sort of adorably absent-minded and dorky.

Wow, that was a ton of detail for a tv show that doesn't exist.

I think maybe I am the one who needs help, Nny! Also Dizzee Rascal sounds sort of charming, so clearly I am not going to be helpful there.

Dude! Emily Grace and I just started watching Man from UNCLE and it is awesome.

My mother had a giant crush on Illya when she was 16 and now after watching a few episodes I'm am right there with her. I'm sure that should I ever get to meet David McCallum I'll end up saying something about both my mother and myself having huge crushes on him and it will all be terribly embarrassing. (of course I still think he's just adorable and totally have a huge crush on Ducky on NCIS now...hmm so does my mother.)
