nnyI'm loving reading the 8 days of happy thing that everyone's doing right now. I'd do it myself, but no one's tagged me. And y'know what makes me happy? Getting tagged for memes. XD
I've made the decision to get a place by myself at the end of June, when the contract is up here. It's the first time I'll have lived on my own, so it's kind of vaguely terrifying and exciting both at once; now I just need to save up enough money to be able to manage it. And find somewhere I can afford, of course.
I don't know how to budget, is the thing. I am embarrassingly, massively bad with money, which anyone who's been around for a while will have noticed; I rarely have any, and when I do I spend it on myself and anyone in the vicinity with abandon. Don't suppose anyone knows of any good ways to keep track of money and such? I've tried an excel spreadsheet in the past, but I mostly confused myself. XD
