Just been eating toasted pitta bread and houmous with herbs de provence marinaded olives and glasses of Italian white wine, and been listening to Madeleine Peyroux, who I discovered through her cover of Elliott Smith's Between the Bars which we heard in a pub earlier this afternoon.
I feel delightfully grown up and European, although it's probably not good that Peyroux's particular brand of modern jazz brought Monsters, inc. to mind as the first association...
Now for washing up and Iron & Wine. :D
