PIGGY SNIFFLES OH NOES

I totally understand that patient care is not a priority when swine flu is involved, that it's all about the not spreading it, but they could have been a little nicer. Even just an instruction to go wait on a nearby bench would've been nice, rather than making me wait outside the shop door with nothing to lean on. :( I'm feeling progressively worse, which is normal but sucky, and I've decided that my only course of action is to follow my inner Anthony DiNozzo and watch the Fugitive. Although I'll probably fall asleep somewhere in the middle out of self protection - my eyes are aching like anything. I want cuddles but I'd have to be wrapped in plastic first.
Blech.
Blech.

Date: 2009-09-11 07:04 pm (UTC)Sorry about the piggy sniffles. From what I understand it sucks for a few days but clears up quite fast. Here's hoping!

Date: 2009-09-12 09:21 am (UTC)My partner had it in July and I lived with him the whole time, slept in the same bed, etc etc. Didn't get it, as it turns out, BUT I had to take Tamiflu and yes, you'll feel even more rotten if you don't eat. My partner was over it within a week, and he didn't take Tamiflu. You'll be fine, rest and fluids (sounds so old-lady, I know).
