Gibbs is weird in that I feel like I should describe him as more stoic than he is. Like... it feels like he should be all emotionless, but he laughs more than EVERYONE and it is awesome. I love this moodtheme, except there is NO TIMMY. D: I want a wholeNCIS one, not just Abby and Tony and Gibbs.

Gibbs is constantly cracking smiles -- he laughs and snorts and chuckles WAY more than everyone, it's absolutely freaking adorable. And he's very touchy and loving and smoochy with Abby. Fandom is right -- Gibbs is a total Papa Bear -- all serious and rough with a big marshmallow center.
