I have irrational-obnoxious fear of my flat. It is old and covered with settling-cracks and sometimes you can feel the buses vibrating through the floor and I am not used to its noises and I worryfret that today will be the day the beams have had enough of holding up the ceiling.

I suspect it is projected world-falling-apart fear, but. Much as I love my little weird flatlet, sometimes I fear it cracking me like a nut.

This is good advice! Mostly at the moment I'm watching Serenity carefully from the other side of the room, so if the beam decides to snap it will kill my computer rather than me. I admit, though, I DISLIKE BOTH OPTIONS.
