This week we are experimenting with BETTER LIVING THROUGH POST-ITS. Somehow to-do lists are more compelling and easier to abide by when they come on yellow sticky things. This may have been aided by the fact that I'm now feeling like I've actually got over the whole swine flu thing, and I can walk up three flights of stairs and not need a nap after, so YAY! I expect my house to get covered in yellow and sticky in fairly short order, because my ability to forget stuff is up to and including 'consume liquids'.

We are also experimenting with BETTER LIVING THROUGH ROAST POTATOES, which I've never made before and am therefore regarding the oven with a leedle trepidation; BETTER LIVING THROUGH ADORABLE NCIS GEN FIC thanks to deltacephei; BETTER LIVING THROUGH AWESOME TIM/TONY FIC thanks (thank you thank you thank you) to catwalksalone; BETTER LIVING THROUGH ACTUALLY RESPONDING TO EMAILS, and BETTER LIVING THROUGH TIDYING.

As yet, there is not a green light on BETTER LIVING THROUGH TIMETABLING YOUR ENTIRE DAY, because that's not so much better living as it is a means of surviving intense suck, and with more energy this week the suck is significantly less. However, it's an experiment that could be funded at any moment, so we'll see how things progress.

The 'we', by the way, is me and Cornelius. My ghost. He's responsible for the scary flat noises, I've decided, which is pleasing; he's been with me through *counts* six houses now, that's pretty awesome dedication in a crazy stoner ghosty pal.

Man, I am jealous! Dedicated ghost housemates are awesome. :O I would rather have a ghost housemate than a fuzzy mousemate by far.
