So I was up from 7:30 yesterday morning until about midday today. I apparently don't look my age (dammit ID!) but feel it in my knees and lower back; all the misery divots have been temporarily filled with the smile that noisia prompted. And apiphile, who is more wonderful than you could possibly credit.

So my question, dears, having come across only the responses: what've LJ done now?

I think they insterted a script (that has since been pulled) that overrode amazon and ebay affilate links on people's pages and replaced them with lj affiliate links (so lj got the money). It was a bit of shoddy coding, it seems, but bad pr to be actually stealing money from your clients!

Apparantly the original intent was just to produce one of those "You came here via" doobries, but LJs poor coding snarled it up. Apparantly.
