Spoilers for s3 criminal minds



Okay, I've read spoilers, I know what happens in the conclusion of this arc - the lucky/penelope pairing, for those who follow and know what I'm on about. So yeah, I know this ends badly for her, but there has been that inequality of flirting all the way through and it bugs me. You've got Morgan, this sexy-ass FBI agent, and Penelope Garcia who is gorgeous (oh please take me now) but less conventionally American-tv-ly good looking. And you've had this flirting throughout the seasons so far, but it's always been uneven. The power has always been his, and as the overweight and less attractive half - as the person who was used to embarrass people - it bugs the shit out of me and no matter how badly it ends I am so chuffed that Garcia gave Morgan shit for this.It's one of those situations where it probably makes you humourless for protesting, but at the same time... who gives a shit. It hurts.

hee, that was possibly the least well written post I've committed in a while. Basically: it sucks to be the person that people flirt with because you couldn't possibly take it seriously, because you're unattractive enough to be safe. Do that make sense?
