I have extra moneys this month, so I think I may get a proper bra fitting again; none of those I own seem to fit quite right and I really am sick of it. I also hate that the bras I own always seem to end up resembling scaffolding; I hate having straps wide enough to support a suspension bridge bisecting my shoulders. I realise that I am fat and therefore overloaded in the boobal regions, but I'd like to be able to turn that into an advantage on occasion instead of yet another thing to be ashamed about.

I have EVERY SYMPATHY with you re bras. Dammit. I have actually found M&S the best for my rack'o'doom - there are some non-granny ones and I've found them comfier and better value for the (still unfortunately ludicrous) amount of dosh they cost.

I hear ya re: the scaffolding! If you're ever in London, I do recommend Rigby & Peller - I went there as a mostly-penniless student and still managed to come away with a couple of bras which were the first to fit me properly in about a decade. I just told them I was on a budget!

You have my sympathies. I have the same problem, except that I can never find bras small enough for my frame, since I have kind of wide shoulders but really small boobs :(

But yay for extra money!
