I've just spent the best part of three hours fiddling with a powerpoint; at least half an hour of that was perfecting my TARDIS-fade.

Completely unfeasible as a work ethic, obviously, since it's for one lesson, but hee so much fun.

It occurs to me you might enjoy Prezi (http://www.prezi.com), which is an online presentation thingie where you're not limited to simple slides, but you can go crazy with graphics and text and then zoom and swoop to focus on things.
