OBVIOUSLY PLEASE DO NOT LINK ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER. My mum reads my journal and that's fine; ex-pupils and workmates and such NOT SO MUCH. XD

In other news, I have a peppermint and tea-tree oil facemask thing on. This is upsetting for a number of reasons.

1) I AM A GIRL NOW. I'm wearing a dress and I have a facemask on, the amount of money I've spent on makeup lately probably totals more than I've ever spent on it before in my life, I now own two different shampoos and hairspray. I'm finding this equal parts scary and exhilirating; I figure it's going to help me adopt the persona of grown-up teacher person that I'm going to need to perform this job properly.

2) I LOOK LIKE SOMETHING GIANT HAS SNEEZED ON MY FACE. It's all goopy and green, it's like a comedy sci-fi moment, which probably means I'm either a) the comic relief, or b) the heroine who needs to be taken down a peg before getting rescued KICKING ARSE AND TAKING NAMES. I like this mental space and shall occupy it with aplomb. Faintly goopily.

3) THIS IS THE COLDEST MY FACE HAS EVER BEEN EVER. SERIOUSLY SOMEONE COME OVER HERE AND HUG MY FAAAAACE.

When I do that I feel grown-up for a sum total of about two minutes until I get bored and start shambling around the house going 'Braaaaaaaains' and sliming people.

On a girlie note, however, Lush facemasks = win. They have a chocolate one. xxx

Also, Catastrophe Cosmetic, om nom nom. It smells of roses and blueberries and makes you want to stroke your face afterwards.
