For the record- I'm terrible at remembering things about people. I have asked all of my Uni friends which courses they're on about ten times. I can't for the *life* of me remember anyone's terrible middle names (y'know, the ones their parents felt a little too guilty to properly saddle them with), which is such a shame- lost blackmail potential. So I intend to study this hard, and know that I know at least *one* thing about everyone. *g*

I know very little about some of the people on my friends' list. Some people I know relatively well. I read your fic, or we have something else in common and we chat occasionally. Some of you I hardly know at all. Perhaps you lurk, for whatever reason. But you friended me and I thank you.

But here's a thought: why not take this opportunity to tell me a little something about yourself. Any old thing at all. Just so the next time I see your name I can say: "Ah, there's so and so...she likes spinach."

I'd love it if every single person who friended me would do this. Yes, even you people who I know really well. Then post this in your own journal.

Aaaah, go on!

Nny, something about me...

Is that I *know* that you are supposed to be working on your paper right now. *scowls motherly*

(Also, I have a tendency to scold and scowl motherly. that's something, I suppose.)

*grin*

I have written 51 words so far. Hehehe. But I only started about two minutes ago...

1500 words. So I'm not far off a third of the way through.

It's not so bad once you get going. And it's the last piece of work this year, so (fingers crossed) I might be able to get a bit of writing done over the holiday...

I like clementines.

My friends and I eat them nonstop at parties this time of year.

Aaah, clementines. The best thing about going home this weekend is all the christmas food I'm gonna get. I had my first mince pie of the year on my birthday, which was nice. *g*

What's mince pie? I've never had it.

I can't wait for the christmas food either. My aunt is bringing ham this year. I'll probably make more pie and cookies than we could ever need. ^_^

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....

Sounds good.

We always make pecan, pumpkin, and apple pies. I might make pear pie this year, though.

^_^

Nny, I am tremendously covetous of your Jack Sparrow 'Entirely Gratuitous' icon. I have fought with determination against joining the enormously expanding Johnny Depp fandom, but I give up, I love that icon. Did you make it? Can I get permission to gack it?

Now I've not only told you something about myself, but a dark secret at that. I've got this weak spot for Jack Sparrow.

*everyone* has a weak spot for Jack Sparrow. It's a fact of life.

I did indeed make the icon, and since you asked so nicely you're very welcome to gack it, so long as I'm credited somewhere. *g*

I love the color pink. :) LOVE IT!

I can take or leave pink. I love painting my nails black with barbie-pink tips, but apart from that... I'm more of a blue lass. *g*

I'm pondering attempting to give up sleep, even though I know eventually I'll fail.

My life is a constant decision- should I stay up longer then miss an entire day in about four days when I finally give in to sleep, meanwhile acting crazed and eating too much sugar?

Or should I act like a normal person?

The fact that I'm still here may go some way towards answering that...

I really need to read my flist more thoroughly, or just pay more attention to it.

Something about me..

I go off on tangents that other people seem to find hard to follow, heaven knows why, and use far too many commas when I write. The tangent thing I can more or less contain (most of the time) if I go back and read through what I've written, but commas..

They attack in hoards! Swarms! Like vicious killer bees on a sugar rush, they, come, and, take, ov,er! I,,just, can't,st,o,p with, the com,,m,,m,as,!

*hides*

Plus to which, my middle name is Margerat.. or something like that. I can't even spell it -_-
