nnyApparently my 28th birthday has struck a chord somewhere. I feel a little more settled; the house is helping, the relaxed atmosphere of it compared to my last lodgings. I'm enjoying settling into new habits, planning my routes around the house and my routines around my life, making the room mine in a way the last place was never allowed to be.
Money's helping too - I've got my deposit back from the last place and once I've paid deposit and rent here I'll have a neat little leftover. I'm spending it but not ridiculously, no lump sums or unnecessary goods, just a couple of tickets to concerts and plays (I don't think I've ever been to a non-Shakespeare one?) and plans to visit the cinema a couple of times with friends. Also considering joining lovefilm.com.
It's good. I like it. I feel more three dimensional than I have in a while. :)
