It's been an absolute shit of a day. Spent ten minutes after my last lesson just sobbing in an empty classroom.

NQT year is about acceptance. Acceptance that you will fuck up, and acceptance that you're not any good yet, and acceptance that you don't have time to be anywhere near the teacher you want to be. But I really didn't fucking like the teacher I was, today.
