nnyAt work everything is getting worse. Worser and worserer. In the classroom, though, teaching and in front of the kids? I am still happy. I wish that was the main part of my job.
(I got home from work at 10pm yesterday. Today I got home at 8! But I have just finished work now. We are Not Thinking about how much work I have left to do...)
English education system is designed to create unhappy teachers and unhappy students, uninspiring teachers and ineffective learners. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG HERE AND NO ONE IS FIXING IT.
I have been planning how my school (the one I would make if there was a big lottery win) would be different, and how I would make it better. Also the motto.

ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL
and
ON THE PATH TO AWESOME.
Thoughts?
