nnyI'm trying to figure out a way I can get The World Beyond the World onto AO3 with songs attached to the stories, because it's weird and different and I still love it - it feels like me. Like a voice I made rather than reflected.
I do this semi-regularly, read through old things I did as though that'll prompt my brain to get out of the writing funk I've been in for longer than I care to remember. (Remember brain? When we used to make things? When we liked the things we made?) Sometimes it makes me proud, sometimes it makes me scared, sometimes it makes me want to hibernate under the covers and never come out again.
(Although, to be honest, everything is making me feel like that at the moment. No ice age, please, it's spring time).
I should be writing job applications, but there's almost nothing I hate more.
