Today I started week 2 of my couch to 5k experiment, and it is legitimately harder than week 1 but I still forced myself to do 10 minutes on an exercise bike and some weights after. The lady on the NHS podcast was like 'you have passed the first hurdle; well done for having the willpower to get through the first week' and you know what, NHS lady? You are correct. It did take willpower, and it was hard, and I am awesome. And I shall continue to be awesome.
