I am exploring the depths of my iBop, basically by pressing 'shuffle albums' and never ever restarting it. I am in the depths of the 'BYCT by UNKNOWN on UNKNOWN' and it's pretty amazing down here. Someday I'll get around to shazaming it all, but - ooh, I know this one! Philip Glass! - it would kind of take the fun out.

So I have been resisting the whole gluten free thing for a really long time, because it's a pain in the arse and it's expensive, but then I read through the symptoms again and ticked them off one by one. Things like joint pain and fatigue are things I'd read before but not really associated with myself, even though they were clearly having an effect.

So for the last few days I have been entirely gluten free, absolutely no sneaky sneakerson forms of gluten whatsoever. Lord am I spending a lot of time reading food packets.

And today I woke up and bounced out of bed a full hour before my alarm went off, made a greek salad for lunch and a weird messy pepper-mushroom-red onion-egg-thyme thing for breakfast, and now I'm having a leisurely cuppa before I get ready for the day.

So I'll be sticking with this one, then, pain in the arse as it is.

I'm glad you found something that makes you feel better, though.

My roommate is gluten-free so if you want recipe ideas or book recs let me know.

<3 good luck!
