This weekend I was going to go and see my parents, have a nice coffee and catch up, go to a party dressed as Lucy Pevensie and catch up with friends I haven't seen for years, go for lunch with one of my oldest friends and have a lovely time, and visit my grandparents.

Now none of that is happening.

(My lift got cancelled at the last minute, and unfortunately last minute train tickets are over £100, and last minute coach tickets are a) £50 and b) take 7 hours each way minimum).

It is good! There are many ways I can productively use this weekend, because my life is pretty damned full of deadlines!

I think I might have to go watch Paul Bettany nibble some scenery to make myself feel better, that's all. (What little Johnny Depp spares him, of course). :D

(I can't do all weekend because I am off to Wales first thing Sat, but if you wanted to jump over for the day we could have Friday evening a la Manc? I realise that is a sucky offer, but.)

It is additional essay time that I sorely need, which is good! It's just I only had two plans this easter, so it's a little gutting when one of them falls through.

(On the other hand, you guys now comprehensively Made My Easter. :D)
