I did a really good interview, and they were really impressed with me, and I didn't get the job because I have no experience, and I don't know how to fix that.

Gonna go cry a bit now :D


ETA: OKAY that's enough of that. Back to job searching; have also sent my CV to a library recruitment agency telling them specifically what I need. It'll be fine.

*hugs* I'm sorry, I know that pain very well. The best I can do is remind myself that its an employers' job world with lots of librarians running about. Though that only helps so much.

I decided not to ask for further feedback on it, because I figured that they would feel the need to justify their decision by picking holes in what I said, and frankly I don't need that. I'm applying now for much lower-paid positions just to get some experience, so now I'm worried they'll think I'm over qualified. XD
