In ongoing inability to assess my own work accurately, I completed a critique of a past dissertation and a dissertation proposal recently. I was expecting about 67 for the critique, 63 for the proposal.

I got 84 and 76.

I am now feeling rather calmer about doing my dissertation, which is nice. :D The lack of job MASSIVE STRESS still remains, but there. That's nice. :D

We almost always tend to underestimate ourselves. I think it's innate self-defense at work.
