Certainly not my best icon, but often far too appropriate. There are so many days when I find it hard to relate, when it's difficult to remember that I'm part of the world, when it feels like I'm wrapped up in bubblewrap and protected and insulated and imprisoned and hidden, all at once.

Yes, this is one of those days, sadly.


Anyone I talked to last night- this is not a hangover talking. Though I *do* deserve one. I was... wow. Completely munted. Apologies.

Sometimes I feel like I'm inside an inch of flexible glass about to shatter. Sylvia Plath wrote about the same feeling, but she called it being in a bell jar.
