Feb. 16th, 2004 05:08 am1. You list "theban band art" on your interests page. Which picture is your favorite at the moment, and why?
That would be this one. It has been ever since I first saw it. X-files was my first fandom, and Krycek was the reason behind that- my very first fandom crush. It's a beautiful picture, and it was the first I saw that more than *hinted* even though it's still pretty subtle. I like the partial nudity (because let's face it- male genitalia? Ridiculous.) I like the colours. And I like the wings especially- it's what I had always assumed demons' wings looked like, and that was the only slight disappointment when I read Good Omens for the first time. *g*
2. What's your favorite of your squick drabbles from your original challenge thread, and why? If you can't pick a favorite, just choose one you really like.
The one that made me laugh the most while I was writing it had to be Buggy Swires/Detritus. Probably the one I was proudest of was Foetus Voldemort/Floating Brain from Dept. of Mysteries.
3. If you could change one thing about your current room/flat, what would it be?
I'd get rid of the damp. :) It's mostly okay, but there's an occasional unpleasant smell of fish, which is caused by damp. Apart from that I like it- it's compact but comfy, and mostly a mess but I like it, and it gets a lot of light and is quite warm. I'll have to post some photos of it at some point.
4. Where'd that "Ramen" guy in your icon come from? (He/she/it amuses me!)
That's Happy Noodle Boy. He's from a graphic novel called "Johnny the Homicidal Maniac: The Director's Cut" by Jhonen Vasquez. Noodle Boy is the comic strip that Johnny draws.
5. Write me one to three sentences that show why a character you're currently fangirling is insanely hot.
Charlie Weasley.
Dark red hair, autumn colours, outdoors colours; a ringing laugh so genuine it’s like a breath of fresh air in a stuffy room.
Not the brightest, or the prettiest, or the funniest, always overshadowed by his older brother and never catching up. But relentlessly cheerful, all the same.
Calluses and blisters under your fingers as he shakes your hand. Calluses that would catch on the skin as he gently ran his fingertips across the back of your neck.
So many freckles it looks almost like he’s tanned. He makes you want to stay, to make the time to count them.
