First day at work was okay but exhausting. I have to have more tests done, but I've been to the doctor; they don't know what it is but at least I'm vaguely pointed in the right direction to find out?

I'm really tired and really hurting and really miserable.

Just went downstairs and cried all over my mum. Didn't mean to. She said she's been waiting for me to do that for a couple of days now, and hugged me and gave me porridge.
