Freaky dream last night. It was almost like an episode of SPN or the X-Files or something, with a voiceover that suggested paranormal investigator types, although the guy narrating was getting a little bit odd about the waterproofs they were donning and how one of the three of them was weird about his jacket and didn't mind that he looked kinda evil. And then they drove their van into this family's garage, the suggestion being that they were investigating the family's kid who was psychic. The family's complicity was never actually mentioned, but I kinda assumed it until these three guys broke into their house and got out these knives...

Somehow it turned out that they'd got advanced warning of the kid having a psychic vision thing that night, and they were going to prevent it. With the knives, and the blood running down very specific parts of the hallway which I think had something to do with where the sun rose, and the complete confidence that they weren't going to get caught even though they were just about to kill the female law enforcement agent that'd turned up when I woke. That confidence was probably the creepiest bit of it.

Needless to say I had to get out of bed and put the light on and walk around and do a small dance before I could go back to sleep after that one.

The other dreams were equally as weird but less easily described. There were worlds in my sleep last night.
