(no subject)

Hee. The more you do, the more you can do, right? I've had weeks of cotton wool in my head, and one day at work and suddenly I'm feeling like I've rediscovered my brainpan, and I have most of the outline for a McShep fic for the happyfest! It's rather wonderful.

My student wasn't about today, so I familiarised myself with the school and his file, and helped out in a couple of lessons. Apparently the student I'm assigned to has reasonably poor attendance, which means that I might be used for supply teaching when he's not about - being a qualified teacher and all - so I'll get a higher rate of pay for those hours. Huzzah! My first priority is paying back all the money I owe various wonderful people, and after that I'm going to save up for a trip to America next year.

I left the house at 6:20 this morning; thank buggery I have sorted myself out a lift from now on, but it means that I'm a little braindead from tiredness, so I believe I shall bugger off and watch Sanctuary. For research.
