I just managed to burn my arm and finger on the oven, blisters and all, when I attempted to clamber inside on a mission to rescue my potato. Apparently the poor thing didn't want a slow, painful death and tried to dive directly onto the flames in the back of the oven, possibly hoping to catch fire and burn nobly, jedi stylee. It managed to jump and wriggle it's way under the oven, from the *inside*.

And the worst part? I lost my potato. I was *hungering* for that bloody potato, dammit. It would appear that potato heaven is behind my oven...

I had to eat pasta. Okay, still carbs, but...

I WANTS MY TATERS!
