nnyYou know that something's gone a leeeedle bit wrong in your life when the security guard at the computer room looks at you in frank astonishment and says "you're nice and early today, aren't you?" and means it and it's QUARTER TO ONE in the MORNING.
In other news...
I phoned my mum today to congratulate her on getting a new job, and she told me she'd cut an article out of the paper for me- apparently an article on so-called "slash" fanfiction, which involved people writing about... waitforit... sex between MEN! OMG LEIK WO!
Cue me, sputtering like a broken kettle, trying vainly to keep quiet.
Cue my mother, sounding highly amused. "You probably write it, don't you?"
Um... no?
