Ahh, I always struggle finding blond-twentyishes when I rp Lucius Malfoy. www.perfectpeople.net is eternally helpful, though the only names that leap from my mind at the moment is Adam Rickett (*shudder*) or River Phoenix (who is always faintly sinister in appearance) - and Alex Band, wanker though he is, though I believe he's been recommended before.
