Things I have discovered today:

-Despite training since middle school, I have yet to rid myself of my blush reflex.

-There is actually nothing funnier than a teddy in a tube. His little feet! XD

-I'm a sucker for poetry. Okay, I knew that anyway, but it bears repeating.

-First time you get flowers? Good feeling. Such a good feeling.

-I'm such a girl.



In other news, attempting to work on merry_smutmas fic, because I have an essay due in and my room is tidy. It is a displacement activity. But anything that gets it done, right? *g*

Weather's icky, couldn't sleep last night and therefore woke up late, and I've got two major projects due Monday that're making my stomach hurt just thinking about them.

It was snowing.

It hadn't been when they'd set out- in fact the sun had been shining, albeit somewhat wanly. Before long, however, the sky had taken on that tell-tale yellowish colour and fat flakes had started to drift down from the sky, settling in Crowley's hair in what Aziraphael considered to be a most becoming manner. He'd never say it, of course.

The demon had scowled at the sky as if at some personal slight, and had hurried his pace around the edge of the lake, glaring as Aziraphael had stopped to had his gloves to a blue-tinged gentleman attempting to wrap himself in newspapers to keep warm.

"Come on angel!"

Aziraphael trotted after him, rubbing his hands together. "Oh very well. What's your hurry?"

Crowley glared at him. "You promised me tea. And that was before the snow."

The angel blew into his cupped hands, and Crowley sighed exasperatedly and grabbed the his hand, heat from his leather-gloved hand inexplicably warming him all over, bringing a faint pink flush to his cold cheeks.

It would have been simplicity itself to fetch himself another pair of gloves from the shop, but he really couldn't bring himself to protest.

And I was squeeing ridiculously, and I did text you to say thanks but presumably my phone's being an arse again, and I then texted my best friends to squee at them about how happy I am, and then I have spent the day grinning ridiculously, and Smaller has delighted in making me blush by just mentioning your name, and and and and thank you and I love you. *g*
