Bill and Ted, Clarissa explains it all; 150 words
Bill shifted restlessly in the silence. Suddenly, he was sober. Suddenly, now the shock and the adrenaline had worn off, now Ted was lying on his back with his eyes closed, breathing starting to slow, and he hadn’t said anything- Bill was nervous. More than nervous. Terrified.
He rolled out of bed and switched on the television, the aggravatingly cheerful theme tune to Clarissa Explains It All jangling through the room. Ted still hadn’t moved, long, sweat-damped hair falling across his eyes. He felt the urge to brush it away, but he wasn’t sure if he was allowed to touch Ted yet. Wasn’t sure if he would be again. He sat stiffly on the edge of the bed, carefully not looking around when the bed shifted.
“Bill my friend?”
“Yes, Ted my friend?” His voice didn’t quite shake.
“This has been a most excellent adventure.”
He breathed out, and smiled.

Remus laughed. He couldn’t help himself; Padfoot looked so utterly woebegone, and it was amazing how much he looked like Sirius when he had that expression of dejected embarrassment.
“I told you to stop playing with it.”
Pads growled complainingly.
“No use taking that tone me. I’m completely justified in saying I told you so, and I’m going to take advantage.”
The black dog pawed at its muzzle and Remus leaned back on his elbows, a glint in his eyes.
“Change back and I’ll kiss it better.”
The hedgehog waddled away, unnoticed by two boys wrapped up in each other.

Fordoppelgl, Buffy, saving the world; 150 words
Buffy was breathing heavily, favouring her right leg, but from somewhere she managed to muster up a grin.
“That all you got?”
The vamp snarled and then stopped, looking confused. Buffy followed its gaze, and saw a tall man dressed in tweed walking towards them.
“Get out of here!”
The vamp grinned slowly, as the man came within range.
“Run!”
He looked at her for a moment, blue eyes slightly vague, and she watched in disbelief as the vampire grabbed him…
And combusted. She blinked in shock.
He came towards her, making a face as he patted ineffectually at the dust that covered him.
“What the hell did you just-”
“Language, please, dear girl.”
“Who are you? What’re you doing? And what is up with British guys and tweed?”
“I’m saving the world.” He smiled, looking faintly embarrassed at the phrase. “You’re not as alone as you think, my dear.”

Date: 2004-12-08 04:39 am (UTC)...Though it did break my brain when I found out it was Keanu Reeves. After hearing about Speed and The Matrix and his other Action Boy! movies, it was very... ow. XD
Incidentally, if you're in the market for a Bill and Ted icon, I've a couple more floating around (somewhere) that you'd be free to use.
