So. There was that couple the same age as my parents, and the kid eight years younger than me - add to the list of people trying to woo me the guy on OKCupid who wants me to help him cheat on his wife.

Dear Universe - I'm good, seriously. I know I was complaining, but I'm happy to go back to the complete lack of interest from others all together, honest...

heh, I'm in pretty much the same boat. Everyone keeps saying I need to work on my self confidence before anyone can fancy me, but it's one of those vicious circle things... I've never been very good at going by internal validation. XD

I deleted my profile there a year or so ago, because it just seemed like a wretched hive of etc etc. It definitely seems to generally attract people I'm not interested in.

One thing I've learned: My suspicion is that at least someone is more interested in you than you'd think, but is too shy to say/do anything about it. Ah, the joy of living in geek society. :3
