Sep. 4th, 2010 08:34 pmPlease help! :D
I'm after some reasonably simple film reviews that I can cut up and get students to arrange into order, using cohesion features (i.e. linguistic features that signpost the order) as clues. I've googled but there are so many options and I find things that are too short, or too amateur, or generally unsuitable.
Where do you get film reviews from? Any ideas?
THANK YOU!

Date: 2010-09-04 07:57 pm (UTC)Guardian film reviews: http://www.guardian.co.uk/film/film+tone/reviews
Empire Magazine film reviews: http://www.empireonline.com/reviews/
Rotten tomatoes has a critics section so you could maybe explore their work: http://www.rottentomatoes.com/critics/
Maybe some more academic type of film journals - you get essays like this: http://www.filmquarterly.org/?p=163
This I guess is another review aggregator: http://www.brightlightsfilm.com/61/61universe.php
From which I found this site which seems to do rather longer reviews: http://www.brightlightsfilm.com/61/61universe.php
