You know, ETA. The Basque separatist terrorists. In Spain. 'Euskera' is what the Basques call their own language. It's so cool omg because it's not remotely like any of the other languages in the whole Indo-European group that got brought over way back when. 'Fact, there're etymological suggestions that Euskera has evolved in situ since the Stone Age.

And 'Euskadi Ta Askatasuna' means 'A Basque Nation and Liberty'.

Stfu and omg guess what I just remembered. In Murcia, which is where I'm spending an unspecified number of weeks this summer, as well as Castilian, they speak CATALAN. I don't know if it's spoken 'round the Mar Menor, which is where we're staying, but OMG. SO PSYCHED.

Teh intarweb is MOST unhelpful as regards feminism in Spain post-1975, and I am SCARED of the library, because at present it is naught but a WRITHING MASS OF STUDENTS, who, unlike me, ARE ACTUALLY DOING THIS 'STUDY' THING.

Why can't I learn the things I'm SUPPOSED to be learning, instead of teaching myself CSS and eyeing Catalan speculatively?

Then there's the archaeological theory, archaeological ethics, archaeological methods. Oh and don't forget your Spanish language, Spanish poetry, Spanish short stories, two Spanish novels, and Spanish play.
