nnyI think I just need a simple pad with 'to do' written across the top. I think... I would lose it, actually, but the fact that I had such a pad might prompt me to be a little more organised. Or perhaps I could invest in post-its, and decorate my computer, although they only seem to have them in that insipid pale yellow colour in this vicinity. I want flourescent post-its, dammit. Or cow print! That would be sooo cool. Kinda useless, due to being unable to write on the black bits, but bother me not with such trivialities. Maybe I could clear the reminders on my phone of notes for stories I'll never write and names of artists I never remember to take a look at, and use those to keep track of my life instead.

No, this post isn't prompted by the fact that my little sister's fourteen tomorrow and her card might be a leeeeedle bit late. No, on the contrary. It's rather more prompted by the fact that I've only just noticed I wasn't paid last month.

A grocery list pad that was SCREWED TO THE WALL in the kitchen, so that it wouldn't get lost. And as you ran out of things, or thought of something you'd want/need, you wrote it, and then when it was grocery shopping time, you rip the page off.
Not so much for "to do" but let me tell you how miserable grocery shopping is when you're sitting there going "what do I need to make X?"
