I shall prescribe for you the same as Ji: what you need is an out-of-body experience, though for different reasons. You need to see your words with awed fresh eyes, and you need to look upon yourself as a person and find joy in your caring nature. You need someone to sit down with a good light and a pair of tweezers and patiently tug at the threads of confidence and harmless wickedness in you, bringing them out of the pattern. You should see the colour and brilliance of your gestalt; you are more than the sum of your parts.
dreaming of sky that she can see and sometimes touch but, somehow, can never seem to keep though she has the talent and lovely, real and down-to-earth words which are both overrated and under and somehow she gets them just right
undefinably real in her quirks and flaws and ‘virtues’ isn’t the right world because it seem so terribly aloof and prissy and Nny isn’t like that at all because Nny is
my Nny, who is loving and caring and talented and can touch the sky while staying on the ground.
You're smarter than you think and more sensitive than you like to let on. I like to think I can make you smile; you deserve to smile more. I suppose over time I feel you're putting the pieces together in that slow human ultimate way, which is good. You appreciate things. People. Gestures. Art. There's a sense of down-to-earth beauty about you. A sort of quiet, very natural awe, as in a Friedrich painting: faith in the darkness; nothing being lost. Secrets in the wilderness.
You're a little disjointed, but that's okay. Always having something to say isn't the most important thing, or even near.
You have the loveliest blue eyes. Every pic I've ever seen of you, they strike me. And I don't tell you this enough, and I know it's gonna come out condescending, which is so not how I mean it, but. You are doing so much better than you were this time last year. You're motivated (YOU ARE), and creative, and you're going out and doing things with friends. You're a brilliant, multifaceted writer, and this can only add to your work, and yourself, and so I'm glad. And Ji's right, she says it better. You are of the earth, somehow.
You’re under-appreciative of yourself. I wish you could see yourself the way the others do. We see you as the smart, kind, funny, caring and delightfully witty woman you are. You are one of the people that I care deeply about and I have no idea what I’d do without you. You help keep me grounded and keep things in perspective. I don’t keep things from you; you know everything. You are the person I trust implicitly with everything. I can’t put my finger on exactly why I trust you so much, but I do, and I love that about you.
