I wish that I had you all in a room. Just so I could go indiscriminately shoving my hands down the backs of the necks of your t-shirts, 'cos they are like fucking ice.

Simple pleasures, eh?



I'm in a good mood, although I'm not sure why. It looks like I'm too late to sort my life out the way I wanted to, but I'm still investigating. Just because a dream doesn't work out quite how you wanted it to doesn't mean all is lost.

I've been backsliding, a little. Not getting things done when I should. It's difficult without something central to hold me together, without a job - things fall apart, the centre cannot hold. Fragmenting. I'm doing what I can to deal, but I really need to get myself together, work harder at getting a job.

Ach, well. Smaller's birthday today, and we're going out for Chinese, followed by folky frolicking. Then tomorrow I'm going home in time for my dad's birthday on Friday, back on Saturday, and back to the jobsearch. And investigating the way I can get around application deadlines.
