I'm starting to get really pissed off with a guy from work. We shall call him Moyles, for he looks rather like Chris Moyles' less attractive brother.

There was some teasing at first, which I accept, because there's always a bit of teasing. That's a part of joining a workplace. But an example from today:

I had a sweet in my mouth, and asked for Moyles' help on what I was doing. So he came over and leaned over me and said "don't speak with your mouth half full, fill it up!" Aheh. Obligatory grin, to show willing. Plz to be helping with my work now. Then he said "I like a girl who can talk with her mouth full. If she can say I love you with my - " mime. Involving tongue in cheek, and attempts at saying it.

Yeah.

That kind of thing happens quite a lot, since his desk is right next to mine. And it's reeeeeally starting to annoy.

I figure I could attempt to convince him I'm gay, but the jokes'd probably just get worse.

Alternatively, I could tell him I'm asexual, but I don't know if he'd understand.

'You know, Moyles, dear. Like you, only by choice.'

This is what comes of getting my tongue out at work. *facepalms*

This reminds me of the harrasment seminar that I went to in college. "All right, what's the appropriate way to react if you were in this situation?" "Ignore them and they'll leave you alone?" ". . .no, report them and they'll be arrested." "Odd. That's not what all my other teachers told me. Hey, how long after the fact can charges be pressed?"
